What is hemoglobin

It is clear that hemoglobin is the main protein element of blood. The proper amount of hemoglobin is 15 grams and 13.6 grams per one hundred grams of blood in the male and female respectively.

The amount of iron in the human body
Iron is 0.004 percent of the total body weight. Its total volume is 3 to 5 grams according to body weight. 70 percent of it is contained in the hemoglobin inside the red particles in the blood, 4 percent in the muscle protein myoglobin, 25 percent in the liver, in the bone, spleen and kidneys, and the remaining 1 percent in the liquid content of blood plasma. And remains in the enzymes of the cells.
